Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing Cargo Drone by Boeing

Boeing has unveiled a prototype of a new cargo air vehicle that will be used to test and evolve autonomy technology for future vehicles and drones. It is a vertical take off and landing cargo drone capable of carrying up to 500 pounds of payload.

The prototype has eight counter rotating blades to allow for vertical flights, and was designed and built in only three months by a team of engineers. It successfully completed all its initial flight tests, and now the prototype will be used as a foundation to improve the autonomous technology.
